We meet the 2nd & 4th Tuesday at the VFW Activity Hut, across from the Forsyth County Schools Admin Building on Hwy 9, at 7 pm.  Take Hwy 9 north of downtown Cumming; pass the library, the waterworks.  Make a left when you see the BP station.   Click here for a map.

Cut off dates:  Activity 'cut-off dates' are accentual to proper planning, providing the lead time necessary for determining headcount required for transportation, accommodations, meals and other areas.  Cut-off dates, noted in yellow for each activity, will vary due to differences in planning complexity.  Translation: "If you don't let us know, we can't let you go."
